Chocolate

It was a cold evening in late January

Snow was coming down outside

The house was warm and cozy

And Ichigo was collecting a couple reeses from the candy bowl in the kitchen

"You know Ichigo," Renji noted as he grabbed a can of soda from the refridgerator

"You spend an awfull lot of time with Rukia," he said

Ichigo nodded happily

"Don't you ever.... I don't know... ITCH to be alone for a wile?"

The question, admittedly, caught him off guard

'Not really... should I?' he asked curiosuly

"Well you're a cat... you should be more independent than you are, you act like a...."

'Dog?'

"Puppy,"

Ichigo frowned

"But don't listen to me, do what ya' want," he replied, scruffing behind Ichigo's ears and walking off

Rukia sighed quietly as she walked out of the bathroom

The shower had done such a great job of warming her up on such a cold night....

But she had stayed in there so long the water had started getting cold so she had to dry off...

She walked into her bedroom, wrapped only in a towel, and suddenly stopped

"Ichigo, what are you eating?" she asked curiously as she walked towards the bed

'Reeses,' he replied as he popped one of the peanut butter and chocolate treats into his mouth

"Can I have one?" she muttered, sitting next to him on the bed despite her toweled state

He nodded slowly and unwrapped one of the candies, holding it out to her

She smirked and grabbed his hand, pulling it up towards her face and leaning down to grab it with her teeth

He quickly got the message and smirked, grabbing another candy and feeding it to her

"Ruuuuu," he said

'Do you think I spend too much time with you?'

"What? No not at all," she replied honestly

"Why would you even ask that?"

'Renji said I should be more independant....'

"Be as independant as you want to be, White Rabbit knows I should probbably be more independant but I just don't want to be," she replied with a shrug

He smiled at her and purred lightly

'Thanks Ru....'

"Ofcourse," she replied, unwrapping a reeses and putting it against his lips
